Job Description
  1. Plan, develop strategies and policies of majors that include, education, research, community empowerment, resources, student services and promotion and quality assurance
  2. Plan activities and plan budgets of departmental activities including, education, research, research, community empowerment, resources, student services and promotion and quality assurance
  3. Plan activities in the implementation of cooperation / MOU / cooperation agreement between Study Program / Postgraduate / University with other universities, government agencies, and private sector in the framework of academic development which includes education, education, research, research, community empowerment, student services and promotion and quality assurance
  4. Planning the competence and career of Prodi lecturers which includes Education, research and community service and empowerment
  5. Foster student activities and self-development of students at the level of study program
  6. Achieve a level of service that can satisfy stakeholders
  7. Formulate the annual operational planĀ  of the department
  8. Implement academic management information system
  9. Monitor and evaluate academic activities in the educational field include education, research and community empowerment, student services and promotion
  10. Documenting all activity products in hard copy and soft copy
  11. Prepare periodic accountability reportsĀ  as well as memory at the end of the term of office
  12. Accompanying new officials during the transitional period of one month after the election of the new Study Program Leader

Job Description
  1. Prepare activities and budget plan activities of the Study Program consisting of: education, research, community empowerment, resources, student services and promotion
  2. Planning the competence of non-academic staff at the Study Program level
  3. Achieve a level of service that can satisfy stakeholders
  4. Develop an operational plan of the study program
  5. Monitor and evaluate the field of resources covering infrastructure, financial, governance, and supporting resources at the level of the Study Program
  6. Coordinate with staff of Study Program staff in the framework of human resource development
  7. Documenting all product activities in hard and softcopy
  8. Prepare periodic reports of accountability and memory at the end of the term of office
  9. Accompanying new officials during the transitional period of one month after the election of the new Study Program secretary
